Delivery and returns

Delivery services available:

Standard UK Mainland/ Northern Ireland 2-3 working days (please allow up to 28 days) £3.50

UK Mainland (Standard Delivery service)

• All parcels are despatched in the UK by Royal Mail or National Carrier

• Cost for Standard Delivery Service to UK addresses is £3.50 per order.

• Always quote your full postcode when ordering.

Please give a daytime delivery address, as all parcels need to be signed for.

Returns and refunds

We want you to be delighted with our products, so if you receive an item that you are unhappy with please return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the goods value or exchange. We regret refunds cannot be given for Lingerie and Jewellery.

The product must be in resalable condition and its original and undamaged packaging. Please note, however, we are not liable for the cost of returning goods. For more details and information, please see our Terms & Conditions.

You can send the parcel back to us with Royal Mail second class delivery.

Your Local Post Office will help you do this if you are unsure how to.

We will refund your postage if we have sent a wrong item,size or colour.
